Hamilton introduces Incyte Arc and enhanced ArcAir app

Benefits of the new ArcAir App
Hamilton App fulfils requirements of part 11 Compliance of Annex and FDA 21 CFR

Digital signature, paperless calibration and configuration reports, audit trail, onsite validation, GMP compliance and user groups – just to briefly summarize the advantages of the new ArcAir sensor management software version of Hamilton Bonaduz AG. Visitors of the ESACT in Copenhagen from 5th – 8th May at booth 77 can have a closer look at it and see the benefits the new version offers. ArcAir allows for complete digital and mobile sensor monitoring and documentation instead of a manual process. The sensors can be calibrated in the lab and configurated onsite in the production environment with the help of a smartphone or tablet. The configuration reports generated by ArcAir are stored in the mobile device and can be transferred to the process control system or computer later on so that transcription errors no longer occur.  The focus at the trade booth will also be on the long-awaited Incyte Arc sensor for measuring viable cell density. The entire electronics of Arc sensors is in the sensor head, which minimizes space requirements. The online measurement of the viable cell density allows for a real-time reaction on process deviations and helps considerably to optimize processes and to save time. “We have participated at ESACT for several times now. The congress is the ideal platform for us to present Incyte Arc to the audience. Dencytee, the sensor for total cell density will be shown as well”, states Dr. Knut Georgy, Senior Market Segment Manager Process Analytics at Hamilton Bonaduz AG.
